Your body holds the story of your life, but it also holds the power to heal. Together, we’ll listen to its wisdom and honor its resilience.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing, growth, and creating meaningful change in their lives. Seeking help is an act of courage, and I deeply admire the vulnerability it takes to begin that journey. My role as a counselor is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, discover their strengths, and find the tools they need to move forward.
My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-focused methods such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic practices. I also integrate Sensorimotor Art Therapy into my work, offering a creative, body-centered avenue for healing. Additionally, I draw on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical skills for emotional regulation and healthier relationships. In my work with survivors of complex trauma, narcissistic abuse and those navigating technology overuse or addiction, I take an anti-shame, collaborative approach to foster balance and well-being.
Above all, I bring warmth, empathy, and authenticity to the counseling relationship. My goal is to empower clients to embrace their inherent resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward healing and fulfillment. Counseling is a collaborative process, and it is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they create lives that feel more balanced, aligned, and whole.

By integrating diverse approaches, we honor the complexity of your story and create space for true transformation.
With over 20 years of experience teaching middle and high school students, I have witnessed firsthand the impact of trauma, technology dependency, and relational struggles on individuals and communities. Alongside my career in education, I have dedicated two decades to my own healing journey, which has profoundly shaped my understanding of resilience and recovery.
For the past 8 years, I have supported individuals in overcoming trauma through somatic therapy, specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and inner child work. These approaches allow clients to explore their inner world, process emotions, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. My practice is rooted in creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to engage in self-discovery and healing.
Through my work in schools, I have also observed the challenges posed by technology dependency. Having seen its effects on students, colleagues, my own children, and myself, I help individuals navigate the complexities of modern technology use, fostering healthier habits and balance.
I hold a special place in my heart for individuals living within or recovering from narcissistic abuse. I aim to provide a supportive environment for exploring these experiences, helping clients regain their sense of self, build resilience, and cultivate fulfilling connections with others.
In sessions, I bring presence, empathy, creativity, and flexibility, tailoring the process to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to empower individuals to increase their coping abilities, deepen their connection to themselves and their loved ones, and live more balanced, authentic lives.
If you have any questions or are interested in learning more about my approach, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
